Sinah is currently pursuing her Master’s in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling from St. Edward’s University, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of the Incarnate Word. She has completed Level 1 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is certified as a Pilates and yoga instructor. With over three years of experience as a Special Education Teacher through Teach For America and two years of teaching fitness, Sinah has also completed her practicum at CAC, providing services to couples and individuals. Her counseling focus is on helping individuals, couples, and families find harmony within themselves and their relationships. Sinah’s approach is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental, offering a supportive space for growth. Outside of counseling, you can find her teaching or taking reformer Pilates, walking by Town Lake, and enjoying a cup of coffee.
