Mental Health Initiative for Teachers and Educators

The Center for Relationships presents Inspiring Teachers,  a Mental Health Initiative created specifically for the well-being of educators within the state of Texas. Acknowledging the significant challenges teachers face daily, this program strives to extend a helping hand when it is needed most. With a deep commitment to community welfare, the Center for Relationships is offering these invaluable mental health services at an exceptionally discounted rate, ensuring accessibility for those who dedicate their lives to shaping young minds.

These sessions are tailored to each individual’s specific needs, creating space to discuss stressors, issues and concerns with an emphasis on building resilience, providing tools for stress management, and discovering healthy coping skills. Our goal is to support you in developing a set of strategies aimed at prioritizing effective and healthy actions while you navigate stressors and their impacts. By doing so, you can work towards reducing anxiety and stress responses to more manageable levels, equipping you to better address the challenges that lie ahead with increased effectiveness.

Our mission is to support and boost educators' mental health by providing a safe space for talk therapy at a price teachers can afford.

• INDIVIDUAL SESSION (50 Minutes).........$35 per session*

• TEACHER SUPPORT GROUP .............$25 per session

Teacher Support Group meets virtually on a rolling basis depending on current interest and therapist availability. Minimum 3 participants needed for the support group to be held.

*$35 per session rate applicable for up to 8 sessions. After 8 sessions, the rate for additional individual appointments will be $60 per session.

Teachers must provide proof of educator status to qualify.
