The end of a significant relationship can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed, and alone, but you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. Healing Heartbreak is a 6-week virtual support group for individuals processing the emotional aftermath of divorce, separation, or a breakup.
Led by caring therapists, this group offers a safe, supportive space to explore the complex feelings that come with relationship loss: grief, anger, uncertainty, shifts in identity, and questions about the future. You’ll connect with others on a similar journey, learn healthy coping strategies, and begin to rebuild a sense of hope, resilience, and self-worth.
Whether you're newly separated or still processing a past breakup, this group offers tools, guidance, and community to help you heal and move forward.
Finding the courage to ask for support is one of the hardest steps to take, we don’t take that lightly. We can’t wait to speak with you and begin this journey of restoration together.
