LICENSED MARRIAGE AND FAMILY THERAPIST ASSOCIATE

supervised by margaret bean, lmft-s

As a mental health clinician, I look forward to helping clients do the work while I serve as their nonjudgmental, empathetic guide.

Whether clients are dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, sexual identity, or relationship issues, my approach is pragmatic, evidence-based, and emphasizes building on one's strengths. Together with clients, I will delve into those aspects of a client's life that are working and discover what is not, allowing them to shed what no longer serves them.

I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. I like working with clients that are brave enough to delve into their cut-off parts, engage with them, and practice deep healing in our work together.

I currently work from an Internal Systems Framework with couples and individuals and have additional experience in the substance abuse/misuse space.

I work from a marginalized identity and trauma informed perspective.
