Because Mental Healthcare Is For Everyone

2025 THEME → Inspiring Love

For our 11th Annual Care Week, we are embracing our mission: Inspiring Love.

At The Center for Relationships, we believe that love—in all its forms—is the foundation of resilience, healing, and connection. In a world that often feels divided, love is the force that brings us back to each other. But love isn’t just a feeling—it’s an action, a commitment, and a way forward.

This year, Care Week is about making love more accessible. Love isn’t just for couples—it’s for friends, families, colleagues, and communities. It’s in the way we listen, support, and show up for one another. And this year, we’re showing up for YOU.

We invite you to redefine what love means to you. To reflect, to connect, and to take action—whether in your relationships, your community, or within yourself.

Because love isn’t just something we feel. Love is something we do.

FREE CONSULTATIONS*

*Limited to 1 consultation per person/couple. All consultations are virtual unless stated otherwise.

During Care Week, we offer FREE 1-hour consultations with our therapists – a time for you to ask questions, gain insights on concerns, and get to know our therapists’ personalities and styles.

We also offer free psychiatric consultations for anyone interested in learning more about how medication may support their mental health.

This is a great, low-pressure way to learn about the therapy – especially Gottman Therapy, our signature speciality – and educational services we offer, gain some interpersonal tools, and find a therapist who’s a good fit for you!

Many people live with mental health concerns for years before seeking the help of a professional. If you’re in this boat, you might be telling yourself:

It’s too expensive.

I don’t have time.

It’s so awkward to find a therapist .

Going to therapy means something is wrong with me.

Yet it’s well-documented that good therapy can change the course of a person’s life for the better.

When you believe the internal roadblocks above – coupled with a complex healthcare system – it can hold you back from even trying therapy.

That’s why we formed Care Week. We want to reduce the obstacles and help as many people as possible to give therapy a try – and maybe even meet the right therapist for them!
