Because Mental Healthcare Is For Everyone
2024 Theme: Giving Back to Helping Professionals
For our tenth annual Care Week, we’re asking: Who looks after the helpers? We’re talking about all helping professionals far and wide: therapists, counselors, social workers, support group leaders, coaches, chaplains, doctors, nurses, and all allied health professionals. We want to remind our fellow helpers that, if you’re shouldering the care of other people, you need someone to lean on, too. As much as The Center For Relationships is here for any person who needs therapy – we are here for you.
Free Relationship Education
Join us for free workshops and webinars for the general public and Helping Professionals. Our goal is to educate you and provide tools for the enrichment of all your relationships - including with yourself as well as the world around you. Use our calendar below to register now!
Free Consultations
During Care Week, we offer FREE 45-minute consultations* with our therapists – a time for you to ask questions, gain insights on concerns, and get to know our therapists’ personalities and styles. We also run a series of webinars, workshops, and on-site educational gatherings – all free of charge.
This is a great, low-pressure way to learn about the therapy – especially Gottman Therapy, our signature speciality – and educational services we offer, gain some interpersonal tools, and find a therapist who’s a good fit for you!
Many people live with mental health concerns for years before seeking the help of a professional. If you’re in this boat, you might be telling yourself:
It’s too expensive.
I don’t have time.
It’s so awkward to find a therapist .
Going to therapy means something is wrong with me.
Yet it’s well-documented that good therapy can change the course of a person’s life for the better.
When you believe the internal roadblocks above – coupled with a complex healthcare system – it can hold you back from even trying therapy.
That’s why we formed Care Week. We want to reduce the obstacles and help as many people as possible to give therapy a try – and maybe even meet the right therapist for them!
