I enjoy working with couples to enhance their relationship satisfaction and help them overcome relational challenges.  I specialize in helping couples to understand and communicate their needs, strengthen their emotional connections, learn healthy conflict resolution skills, build trust, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate lasting love.

Relationships are challenging!  However, there are proven strategies to help couples thrive that most of us have never been introduced to or observed in our lives. I partner with you to understand your unique challenges, overcome and heal from past hurts, and define a better path forward.

For over 25 years, I have worked with my wife to equip couples with the skills and habits to sustain lasting, fulfilling relationships on a volunteer basis, while working in the tech industry.  In 2021, after raising our sons, I stepped away from corporate life to focus full-time on helping couples achieve lasting love.

I received my MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University in 2023.  I am an advocate of Gottman's research-based approach to relationships.  Gottman’s Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work is foundational to my work with couples.

On a personal level, I love live music, mountain biking, Austin, and helping couples thrive in their relationships.  For the first 25 years of my adult life, I worked in the semiconductor industry, leading cross-functional software development teams.  Steven Covey and Brené Brown shaped my leadership approach and influence my work with couples.  Whether at home or work, healthy, authentic relationships based on mutual respect and admiration are central to thriving as individuals, couples, families, and teams.
